摘要
农产品的生产效率问题一直是我国重点关注的问题,更是指导农业发展的方向。本文基于2007-2018年辽宁省以及中国主要主产苹果的省份(市)的苹果生产投入产出面板数据,使用数据包络分析法对该面板数据产生的分解后的指数进行了深入的分析,其结果显示:Malmquist指数在2007-2018年间先增长后下降。技术进步效率对全要素增长率的影响最大但达到峰值后会逐步减小;规模效率的低下使全要素增长率的增长受到限制。所以辽宁省的苹果产量的提升,可以通过提高该省苹果种植的技术进步水平;以及扩大该省的苹果生产规模两种有效途径。
The production efficiency of agricultural products has always been the focus of our country, but also the direction ofagricultural development. Based on the apple production input-output panel data of Liaoning Province and major apple-pro-ducing provinces(cities) in China from 2007 to 2018, this paper uses data envelopment analysis(DEA) to make an in-depthanalysis of the decomposed index generated by the panel data. The results show that the Malmquist index increased first andthen decreased during 2007 to 2018. The efficiency of technological progress has the greatest influence on the total factorgrowth rate, but it will gradually decrease after reaching the peak. The low efficiency of scale limits the growth of total factorgrowth rate. Therefore, the improvement of apple output in Liaoning province can be achieved by improving the technologicalprogress of apple planting in the province;And to expand the scale of apple production in the province.
