紫外光及温度老化对冷拌冷铺乳化沥青混合料的性能影响评价 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究紫外光及温度老化对冷拌冷铺乳化沥青混合料(CMA)高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及水稳定性的影响。方法基于CMA与热拌沥青混合料(HMA)的对比分析,在紫外光老化方面,通过Verhulst生物模型建立沥青混合料各项性能与紫外光老化时间的关系方程,提出紫外光老化速率评价指标,评价各项性能的紫外光老化速率;在温度老化方面,评价沥青混合料各项性能指标随老化时间的变化规律。结果随着老化时间的延长,沥青混合料的高温稳定性得到提升,低温抗裂性和水稳定性降低;基于Verhulst生物模型的拟合方程相关系数R^(2)均在0.94以上。结论CMA的低温抗裂性能受紫外光老化影响最大,水稳定性能受温度老化影响最大;基于Verhulst生物模型的紫外老化拟合方程预测精度较高,可有效预测CMA在紫外光老化后的各项性能。 In order to explore the effects of UV aging and temperature aging on the stability of cold mixed asphalt mixture(CMA)in low and high temperature and water.This paper is based on the comparative analysis of CMA and hot mixed asphalt mixture(HMA).In the aspect of UV aging,the relationship equation between various properties of asphalt mixture and UV aging times is established through Verhulst biological model.The evaluation index of UV aging rate was put forward,and the UV aging rate of various properties is evaluated.In the aspect of temperature aging,the variation law of various performance indexes of asphalt mixture with aging time is evaluated.The results show that with the extension of aging time,the high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture is improved,the low-temperature crack resistance and water stability are reduced,and the correlation coefficient R^(2) of the fitting equation based on Verhulst biological model is more than 0.94.The low-temperature crack resistance of CMA is the most affected by UV aging,and the water stability is the most affected by temperature aging.The UV aging fitting equation based on Verhulst biological model has high prediction accuracy,which can effectively predict the properties of CMA after UV aging.
