中药烫熨疗法辅助治疗腰腿痛的效果分析

Analysis of effect of Chinese herbal ironing therapy on lumbar and leg pain

目的探讨中药烫熨疗法辅助治疗腰腿痛的效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年5月广西中医药大学第一附属医院收治的寒湿型腰痛患者80例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组40例。研究组应用中药烫熨疗法辅助治疗,对照组应用普通热敷及口服西药治疗,7 d为一个疗程,1个疗程结束并停止1 d后再次接受第2个疗程,共连续治疗2个疗程。2个疗程后,对各疗法的临床疗效指标进行对比分析。患者2个疗程结束后2个月进行随访。比较两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模型量表(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分和疗效。结果研究组有效率为97.5%,对照组临床有效率为85.0%,研究组疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1、2个疗程后两组的VAS评分、ODI评分比较,研究组的VAS评分(1.93±0.63、1.46±0.21)分、ODI评分(12.6±2.7、7.5±0.3)分均低于对照组(3.08±0.73、2.56±0.51)、(22.5±3.7、15.6±2.1)分(P<0.05)。结论腰腿痛治疗过程中,中药烫熨疗法辅助治疗效果理想,能更好地改善患者的疼痛症状,同时还可以改善患者的VAS、ODI评分,帮助患者进一步恢复,融入新的生活中,临床上可进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese herbal ironing therapy on lumbar and leg pain.Methods A total of 80 patients with cold and wet lumbago who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The study group was treated with Chinese herbal ironing therapy,while the control group was treated with ordinary hot compress and oral Western medicine,and the course of treatment was 7 days.The second course of treatment was stopped for 1 day after the end of the first course of treatment.The treatment lasted for 2 courses.After 2 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy indexes of each therapy were compared and analyzed.Patients were followed up 2 months after the end of 2 courses of treatment.The visual model scale(VAS)score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score and curative effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The effective rates were 97.5%in the study group and 85.0%in the control group,and the curative effect in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the study group(1.93±0.63,1.46±0.21)points and ODI score of the study group(12.6±2.7,7.5±0.3)points were lower than(3.08±0.73,2.56±0.51)points and(22.5±3.7,15.6±2.1)points of the control group.Conclusion In the treatment of lumbar and leg pain,Chinese herbal ironing therapy has an ideal curative effect,which can better improve the pain symptoms of patients,and also improve the VAS and ODI scores of patients,helping patients to further recover and integrate into the new life.Therefore,it should be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.
