四步循环教学法对心内科护理临床带教的教学效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的构建四步循环教学法,并探讨具体的教学效果。方法选择2020年7月~2020年12月62名学生为教学对象。采取随机数字表法,将学生分为对照组和教改组,每组各31例。对照组采取常规带教方法。教改组采取四步循环教学法展开教学。具体教学过程分为讲授教学法教学环节、讨论教学法教学环节、暗示教学法教学环节和掌握教学法教学环节。且以上4个教学步骤是个循环的过程。教学后,从学生护理思维能力评分、教师对学生实习效果的评分比较和患者对实习生临床护理操作的满意度几方面,比较教学效果。结果在护理思维评分方面,教改组学生基本思路评分、护理临床决策评分和护理创新评分分别为(9.00±0.64)分、(8.38±0.79)分和(8.43±0.59)分,高于对照组的(7.90±1.44)分、(7.13±2.18)分和(7.11±1.69)分。在实习效果评分方面,教改组理论知识和实践知识评分分别为(88.28±8.45)分和(83.11±9.33)分,高于对照组的(74.73±11.70)分和(72.01±12.75)分。患者对实习生临床操作满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的83.87%。以上各项相比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四步循环教学法有效地提高了心内科护理临床带教的教学效果,建议进一步推广和应用。 Objective To construct the four-step cycle teaching method,and explore the concrete teaching effect.Methods From July 2020 to December 2020,62 students were selected as teaching objects.The students were divided into the control group and the teaching reform group,with 31 students in each group,with the random number table method.The conventional instruction was adopted in the control group.The four-step cycle teaching method was adopted in the teaching reform group to carry out teaching.The teaching process can be divided into the instructing method,discussing method,suggesting method and mastering method of the teaching method.And the above four teaching steps are a circular process.After teaching,the effect of teaching was compared from the aspects of the scoring of nursing thinking ability of students,the comparison of teacher’s scoring of student’s practice effect and patients’satisfaction with clinical nursing operations of interns.Results In terms of the nursing thinking score,the score of basic thinking,nursing clinical decision and nursing innovation in the teaching reform group were(9.00±0.64)points,(8.38±0.79)points and(8.43±0.59)points,respectively,which were higher than the(7.90±1.44)points,(7.13±2.18)points and(7.11±1.69)points in the control group.In terms of the score of practice effect,the score of theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge of the teaching reform group were(88.28±8.45)points and(83.11±9.33)points respectively,which were higher than(74.73±11.70)points and(72.01±12.75)points of the control group.Patients’satisfaction with clinical operation of interns in the teaching reform group was 100.00%,which was higher than 83.87%of the control group.For the above items,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The four-step cycle teaching method effectively improves the teaching effect of clinical teaching of cardiology nursing,and it is suggested to be further popularized and applied.
