新式翻身过床法预防ICU护士职业性腰背痛的临床研究

Clinical study on prevention of occupational low back pain in ICU nurses using new method of turning over the bed

目的探讨翻身过床法预防ICU护士职业性腰背痛发生的临床研究。方法收集2018年6—12月大连市中心医院ICU护士腰背痛发生情况,将纳入的92名护士通过随机数字表法分为对照组45名和试验组47名。最终对照组43名、试验组46名完成研究。对照组采用传统的徒手翻身过床法,试验组采用新式翻身滑垫翻身过床法,对2018年6—12月大连市中心医院重症医学科的390例神志清楚患者进行翻身搬运。每个月对两组护士翻身搬运后腰背痛疼痛评分进行比较分析。结果两组护士翻身搬运后腰背痛疼痛程度为无痛的例数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),轻、中、重度疼痛试验组护士腰背痛严重程度明显优于对照组,试验组疼痛发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护士翻身搬运后1、2、3个月腰背痛疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新式翻身滑垫翻身过床法应用便捷,减轻护士腰背痛疼痛程度,降低护士腰背痛发生率,促进护理人员身心健康。

Objective To explore the clinical research on the prevention of occupational low back pain in ICU nurses using turning over the bed method.Methods The incidence of low back pain among ICU nurses in Dalian Municipal Central Hospital from June to December 2018 was collected.A total of 92 nurses were included per inclusion criteria.They were divided into the control group(n=45)and the experimental group(n=47)using random number table method.A total of 43 nurses in the control group and 46 nurses in the experimental group completed the study.The control group used the traditional method of turning over the bed with bare hands,and the experimental group used the new method of turning over the bed with the new turning sliding pad.A total of 390 conscious patients admitted to the SICU of Dalian Municipal Central Hospital from June to December 2018 were turned over and carried.The pain scores of low back pain after turning over and carrying patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed each month.Results There was no significant difference in degree of no low back pain after turning over and carrying patients between the two groups(P>0.05).The severity of mild,moderate,and severe low back pain in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group.The incidence of low back pain in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The pain scores of low back pain at 1,2,and 3 months after turning over and carrying patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new method of turning over the bed with a sliding pad is convenient to apply.It reduces the degree of back pain,decreases the incidence of back pain,and promotes the physical and mental health in nurses.
