摘要
如今种植牙因临床技术的改进及与天然牙相当的咀嚼效率,已经被牙列缺损和牙列缺失患者列为首选的修复方法。聚醚醚酮(PEEK)由于其出色的机械特性和良好的生物相容性而成为有前途的植入材料。目前这种聚合物是脊柱应用的标准材料,但因为其生物惰性并未用于口腔种植体的制造。种植体的成功率首先依赖于其良好的骨结合,如今国内外学者通过使用各种表面改性技术努力增强PEEK骨整合特性,以使得该聚合物材料能够应用于口腔中。本文就未来种植体材料PEEK的不同表面改性技术进行综述。
Dental implants are considered as the preferred restoration method for patients with dentition defects and missing dentition,due to the improvement of clinical technology and the chewing efficiency equivalent to natural teeth.Polyetheretherketone(PEEK)becomes a new implant material,because of its excellent mechanical properties and good biocompatibility.It is currently a standard material for spinal applications,but it is not used in the manufacture of oral implants because of its biological inertness.The success rate of implants firstly depends on its good osseointegration.Researchers at home and abroad have used various surface modification technologies to enhance the osseointegration properties of PEEK so that the polymer material can be used in the oral cavity.This paper reviewed different future surface modification technologies of PEEK implant materials.
