老年性骨质疏松伴2型糖尿病患者体内25羟基维生素D水平分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析老年性骨质疏松伴2型糖尿病患者体内25羟基维生素D水平。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月在我科住院的骨质疏松患者148例,其中2型糖尿病患者70例(观察组),非糖尿病患者78例(对照组)。所有患者均服用骨化三醇,患者治疗前后均测定骨密度、25羟基维生素D。结果1.两组患者一般临床资料(年龄、性别、病程)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2.治疗前观察组及对照组体内25羟基维生素D水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组及对照组体内25羟基维生素D均升高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3.治疗前观察组及对照组骨密度T数值比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组及对照组骨密度T数值均升高,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非糖尿病骨质疏松患者与骨质疏松伴糖尿病患者体内25羟基维生素D水平及骨密度T数值均偏低,其中骨质疏松伴糖尿病患者体内25羟基维生素D及骨密度数值比非糖尿病患者更低;骨质疏松患者补充维生素D可提高机体25羟基维生素D水平及骨密度数值,降低再骨折风险。 Objective To analyze the level of 25(OH)vitamin D in patients with senile osteoporosis and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 148 patients with osteopenia hospitalized in our department from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected,including 70 patients with type 2 diabetes(observation group)and 78 patients without diabetes(control group).All patients took calcitriol,and bone mineral density and 25(OH)vitamins were measured before and after treatment.Results 1.There was no significant difference in the general clinical data(age,gender,course of disease)between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Before treatment,the level of 25 hydroxy vitamin D in the observation group and the control group before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the level of 25(OH)vitamin D in the two groups both increased,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Before treatment,the difference of bone mineral density T value between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,The T values of bone mineral density in the observation group and the control group were increased,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of 25(OH)vitamin D and bone mineral density T are lower in non-diabetic patients with osteoporosis and osteoporosis patients with diabetes.The values of 25(OH)vitamin D and bone mineral density in osteoporosis patients with diabetes are lower than those in non-diabetic patients.Moreover,vitamin D supplementation in osteoporosis patients can increase the levels of 25(OH)vitamin D and bone mineral density and reduce the risk of refracture.
