信息化管理下的签约家庭医生对辖区老年高血压患者血压控制效果

Blood pressure control effect of contracted family doctors under informatization management on elderly hypertensive patients in jurisdiction

目的了解信息化管理下的家庭医生签约服务对辖区老年高血压患者血压管控效果,助推签约家庭医生服务。方法选取2019年5月至2020年5月在某社区卫生服务机构建档的老年高血压患者314例,采用随机数字表法将其分成两组,对照组进行常规管理,研究组在对照组的基础上签约家庭医生服务并加用信息化管理。管理12个月后,观察两组血压及生活方式(吸烟、饮酒、规律运动)的变化。结果管理12个月后,两组患者收缩压和舒张压较前均有所下降,但研究组血压控制显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组在签约家庭医生管理后吸烟例数、饮酒例数明显少于对照组(P<0.05),规律运动例数明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭医生签约服务加用信息化管理老年高血压患者,管控效果优于未签约者,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To understand the effect of family doctor contracted service under informatization management on blood pressure control of elderly hypertensive patients in the jurisdiction,and promote the contracted family doctor service.Methods A total of 314 elderly patients with hypertension who were documented in a community health service institution from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group was given routine management,and the study group was given contracted family doctor service and added informatization management on the basis of the control group.After 12 months of management,the changes of blood pressure and lifestyle(smoking,drinking,regular exercise)in both groups were observed.Results After 12 months of management,the systolic and diastolic blood pressures in both groups were decreased,but blood pressure control in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The numbers of smoking patients and drinking patients in the study group were significantly smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the number of regular exercise patients was significantly bigger than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family doctor contracted service plus informatization management for elderly patients with hypertension has better control effect than those without contract,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
