Objective The therapeutic effect of using recombinant human interferon-2b combined with cervicitis kang plugs in patients with chronic cervitis was observed. Methods 66 patients with chronic cervicitis treated in Huidong Hospital affiliated to Guangdong Medical University from April 2019 to June 2021 were selected.Random digital method was divided into 33 patients in the observation group.recombinant human interferon-2b treatment was used in the control group, and recombinant human interferon-2b combined with cervicitis thrombolytic therapy was used in the observation group.Tlymphocyte immune function indicators, time of clinical symptom improvement, treatment efficiency and incidence of adverse reactions were used before and after treatment and compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, comparison of T lymphocytes(P>0.05);After treatment,T lymphocytes was higher than control, improvement time of clinical symptoms was lower than control, clinical treatment was more efficient than control, and incidence of adverse reactions was lower than control(P<0.05).Conclusions Using recombinant human interferon-2b combined with cervicitis in chronic cervicitis disease helps to improve patient immune function, shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the clinical treatment effect of the disease.
