热毒宁注射液联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗儿童支气管肺炎的效果观察

Clinical efficacy of Reduning injection combined with Piperacillin sodium and Tazobactam Sodium in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children

目的:探讨热毒宁注射液联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗儿童支气管肺炎的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年6月临沂市中心医院收治的92例儿童支气管肺炎患儿,将患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各46例。对照组应用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠抗感染治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予热毒宁注射液进行治疗,两组治疗疗程均为7 d。比较两组患儿治疗后的临床疗效、症状改善时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率(95.65%)显著高于对照组(80.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的退热时间、咳嗽和肺啰音改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液联合哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗儿童支气管肺炎临床效果显著,可显著改善患儿的临床症状,安全性高,值得临床应用。

Objective To observation the clinical efficacy of Reduning injection combined with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium in the treatment of bronchopneumonia in children.Methods 92children with bronchialpneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021were selected and randomly divided into observation group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases).The children in the control group were treated with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium,and the children in the observation group were treated with Reduning Injection on the basic treatment of the control group.Treatment course was 7 days for both groups.The clinical efficacy,the time of improvement of clinical symptoms and the adverse reaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 80.43%of the control group(P<0.05).The disappear ance time of fever,cough and pulmonary ralesin the observation groupwere shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups,and no serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Reduning Injection combined with Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium is significantly effective in the treatment children,with bronchopneumonia which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children,and has high safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
