雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的临床效果观察

Clinical observation of Rabeprazole triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori related peptic ulcer

目的:分析雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年2月上海市监狱总医院收治的80例幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组各40例。对照组给予荆花胃康胶丸治疗,研究组给予雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗。在两组疗程结束后,比较两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率以及降钙素原、C反应蛋白等炎性因子水平。结果:治疗后,研究组的治疗总有效率(97.50%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组用药不良反应发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(12.50%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组患者降钙素原、C反应蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组降钙素原、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡采用雷贝拉唑三联疗法治疗的效果显著,用药安全性较好,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of Rabeprazole Triple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori related peptic ulcer.Methods From January 2019 to February 2021,80 patients with Helicobacter pylori related peptic ulcer were selected,They were divided into groups according to random number table and given different treatments.40 patients treated with Jinghuaweikang capsule were the control group and 40 patients treated with rabeprazole triple therapy were the study group.After the treatment of the two groups,the total effective rate,the incidence of adverse reactions and the levels of procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and other inflammatory factors were compared by statistical methods.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse drug reactions between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in the levels of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rabeprazole triple therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori related peptic ulcer.
