摘要
针对大型养殖场处理畜禽粪便难的问题,设计一种高效处理畜禽粪便的立式发酵设备。为了合理的设计和优化该设备的传动系统,需要计算立式发酵机搅拌器工作时的阻力矩。通过理论分析,建立了发酵机搅拌器阻力矩的计算模型。利用相似理论对搅拌器模型进行缩放,运用离散单元法对搅拌过程进行模拟。通过与现场应用试验数据对比,验证了计算模型和相似模型离散元仿真的合理性。为了使计算模型更好的应用于工程实际,探究了搅拌转速对搅拌阻力矩的影响。根据仿真结果对阻力矩的计算模型进行修正,为立式发酵机搅拌器阻力矩的计算提供了指导。
In view of the difficulty in dealing with livestock and poultry manure in large farms,a vertical fermentation equipment is designed to treat manure.In order to properly design and optimize the transmission system of the equipment,it is necessary to calculate the resistance torque of the vertical fermentation machine agitator.The calculation model of the resistance torque in the fermentation machine agitator is established through theoretical analysis.The model of agitator is scaled by similarity theory,and the process of agitator is simulated by discrete element method.By comparing with the field test data,the rationality of the discrete element simulation of the computational model and the similar model are verified.In order to make the calculation model better applied to engineering practice,the influence of stirring speed on the stirring resistance torque is considerate.According to the simulation results,the calculation model is revised,which provides guidance for the calculation of the resistance torque on the vertical fermentation machine agitator.
