摘要
抗性消声器的流体动力学性能会影响消声器的实际使用效果,为了降低抗性消声器的阻力损失,采用CFD法对添加导流管的偏置扩张式、旁支扩张式、反流扩张式消声器进行阻力损失分析。对比了不同导流管长度和出口内插管对阻力损失的影响。结果表明:进气导流管能够大幅度地降低消声器的阻力损失;在必要路径内导流管越长则阻力损失越小;出口内插管能够减小阻力损失但影响不明显。其次对比不同类型的不同结构消声器的传递损失,结果表明:导流管有利于提高消声器的低频声学性能。最后通过对多腔抗性消声器进行添加导流管优化,阻力损失降低52%,消声器动力性能得到明显改善。研究结果为导流管减小消声器阻力损失的工程实际应用提供了参考和理论支持。
In order to reduce the pressure loss of the resistant muffler,theCFD method is used to analyze the pressure loss of the biased expansion,side branch expansion,reflux expansion muffler with added draft tube.The effects of different draft tube lengths and outlet cannula on pressure loss were compared.The results show that the inlet duct can reduce the pressure loss of the muffler greatly;the longer the duct is in the necessary path,the smaller the pressure loss;the outlet intubation can reduce the pressure loss,but the effect is not obvious.Secondly,the transmission loss of different types of mufflers with different structures is compared.The results show that the diversion tube is helpful to improve the low-frequency acoustic performance of mufflers.Finally,by adding a draft tube optimization to the multi-cavity reactive muffler,the pressure loss is reduced by 52%,and the dynamic performance of the muffler is significantly improved.The research results provide reference and theoretical support for the practical application of the draft tube to reduce the pressure loss of the muffler.
