推焦装置振动特性仿真分析与试验验证

摘要 为了研究推焦装置工作过程中的自激振动特性,采用有限元仿真的方法对推焦装置进行了模态和谐响应分析,提取出的推焦装置在x,y,z方向上的自激振动频率均为51Hz,表明推焦装置在推焦过程中发生的振动形式与第14阶模态相同。通过对现场试验采集到的振动信号进行分析发现推焦装置在x,y,z方向上的自激振动频率分别为51.06Hz,50.25Hz和47.22Hz,试验分析提取的频率成分与有限元分析求取的频率成分基本一致,表明推焦装置工作过程中在51Hz频率处发生了自激振动,实际中应采取方式避开此工作频率,减少推焦装置发生自激振动的可能。 In order to study the characteristics of self-excited vibration of the coke pushing device in the working process,the modal and harmonic response analysis of the coke pushing device was carried out by using the finite element simulation method.The self-excited vibration frequencies of the coke pushing device in x,y and z directions are all 51Hz,which demonstrates that the vibration form of the coke pushing device is the same as that of the 14th mode in the process of pushing coke.Through the analysis of the vibration signals collected from the field test,it was found that the self-excited vibration frequencies of the coke pushing device in the directions of x,y and z were 51.06Hz,50.25Hz and 47.22Hz,respectively.The consistency between the frequency components extracted from the experimental analysis and the frequency components obtained from the finite element analysis indicates that the self-excited vibration of the device occurs in 51Hz frequency in the working process.In practice,the operating frequency should be away from the self-excited vibration frequency and it is helpful to reduce the possibility of self-excited vibration of the coke pushing device.
