摘要
铣削加工中铣刀切削刃与工件的相互作用是一个快速、复杂的变化过程,且其受力变化是其它一切物理量变化的根源,因此研究在铣削加工过程中铣削力具有重要意义。这里研究了切削深度对切削力的影响,提出了一个快速反映切削力波动的切削系数。通过时域分析了在不同切削系数状况下的切削力波动与工件加工质量从而验证了方法的有效性。研究结果表明选择合理的切削系数可以降低切削力波动。因此可以通过选择合理的切削深度在保证加工质量的同时提高切削效率。
The interaction between the cutting edge and the workpiece in milling is a rapid and complicated process,and the change of cutting force is the root of all other physical changes.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the milling force in the milling process.The effect of axial depth on the fluctuation of cutting force is studied.A cutting coefficient is proposed to quickly judge the fluctuation of cutting force.The validity of the method described in this paper is verified through the analysis of the time domain,and surface roughness.The experimental results show that the cutting efficiency and quality can be improved by selecting reasonable milling depth.
