摘要
随着网络技术、嵌入式技术的不断发展,物联网在许多领域都得到了广泛的应用。将物联网技术应用于泵群的无线监测,设计了基于物联网的泵群无线监测系统;分析了物联网无线监测系统的拓扑与功能、物联网技术在无线监测系统中各层构架的作用及技术优势;探讨了几种无线监测技术的特点及其适用的工业场景;针对泵群数量多、分布广等特点,选取LoRa无线监测技术,设计了LoRa无线传感器节点,实现了对泵群的无线监测;通过实验及对比分析,验证了基于物联网的泵群无线监测系统的有效性。
With the continuous development of network technology and embedded technology,the Internet of Things has been widely used in many fields;The Internet of Things technology is applied to the wireless monitoring of pump groups,and the wireless monitoring system of pump group based on Internet of Things is designed.The topology and function of the wireless monitoring system of the Internet of Things,the role and technical advantages of the Internet of Things technology in each layer of the wireless monitoring system are analyzed.The characteristics of several wireless monitoring technologies and their applicable industrial scenarios are discussed.According to the characteristics of large number and wide distribution of pump groups,LoRa wireless monitoring technology is selected to design LoRa wireless sensor nodes to realize the wireless monitoring of pump groups.Through experiments and comparative analysis,the effectiveness of wireless monitoring system based on the Internet of Things is verified.
