集成式变刚度推杆悬架设计研究

摘要 设计出一种副车架与横置板簧集成式变刚度推杆悬架,通过ADMAS/Car建立刚柔耦合悬架模型;悬架刚度测试低、高刚度分别为294.52N/mm,952.62N/mm;集成式变刚度悬架性能计算表明:C特性下低刚度模式参数变化范围小,高刚度模式下俯仰角加速度最大值性能改善29.09%:有效值性能改善31.20%:侧倾角加速度最大值性能改善17.50%:有效值性能改善22.47%:横摆角加速度最大值性能改善-0.96%:有效值性能改善-1.63%,性能略微变差:针对俯仰角与侧倾角振动幅值过大问题,通过对避震系统优化设计,俯仰角加速度最大值与有效值性能进一步提升30.24%、34.02%;侧倾角加速度最大值与有效值性能进一步提升22.67%、10.87%;计算安全系数为5.23,符合安全设计要求。 An integrated variable stiffness pushrod suspension with subframe and transverse leaf spring is designed,the rigid flexible coupling suspension model was established by ADMAS/Car;The low and high stiffness of suspension are 294.52N/mm and952.62N/mm respectively;The performance calculation of the integrated variable stiffness suspension shows that the parameter range of low stiffness mode is small under C characteristic,In high stiffness mode,the performance of maximum pitch acceleration is improved by 29.09%:RMS performance is improved by 31.20%:maximum roll acceleration performance is improved by17.50%:RMS performance is improved by 22.47%:maximum yaw acceleration performance is improved by-0.96%:RMS performance is improved by-1.63%,performance slightly worsened:Aiming at the problem of excessive vibration amplitude of pitch angle and roll angle,through the optimization design of the shock absorber system,the performance of the maximum and RMS value of the pitch angular acceleration is further improved by 30.24% and 34.02%;the performance of the maximum and RMS value of the roll angular acceleration is further improved by 22.67%,10.87%;The calculated safety factor is 5.23,which meets the safety design requirements.
