模糊PID算法在印刷机控制系统中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 根据不干胶标签印刷机运动特点和控制精度要求,采用无轴同步传动替代传统机械传动结构,设计以运动控制器、伺服驱动、伺服电机和触摸屏为硬件平台的印刷机控制系统。针对经典PID控制不能满足印刷机高精度套印的问题,提出带前馈补偿PID控制和模糊PID控制,模糊PID控制能够实时在线修正参数,同时用MATLAB仿真模糊PID控制。通过分析实验数据,表明模糊PID控制偏差更小、稳定性更好,当印刷速度达到18000张/h时,套印误差仍保持在0.05mm内,控制系统满足不干胶标签印刷机控制要求。 According to the movement characteristics and control accuracy requirements of the self-adhesive label printing machine,the shaftless synchronous transmission was used to replace the traditional mechanical transmission structure,and the printing machine control system with motion controller,servo drive,servo motor and touch screen as the hardware platform was designed.For the problem that the classic PID control cannot meet the high-precision overprinting of the printing machine,the feedforward compensation PID control and fuzzy-PID control were proposed.The fuzzy-PID control can correct the parameters online in real time,and simulate the fuzzy-PID control with MATLAB.By analyzing the experimental data,it shows that the fuzzy-PID control deviation is smaller and the stability is better.When the printing speed reaches 18000 sheets/h,the overprinting error remains within 0.05mm,and the control system satisfies the control requirements of the self-adhesive label printer.
