摘要 “碳达峰、碳中和”目标的提出加快了我国能源转型、电网升级的步伐。“十四五”期间,电力系统高比例新能源接入、多直流送出特征愈加凸显,负荷高峰的“双峰”特点逐渐显现,电网面临部分时段电力紧缺、部分时段新能源受阻的挑战。为此,考虑未来电源装机总量增长、负荷水平增长情况,针对省级送端电网电力平衡需求及新能源消纳压力,采用全时序生产模拟法进行计算,优化储能装置及需求侧响应配置容量,为“十四五”期间省级送端电网规划提供支撑。 The goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutralization" has accelerated China’s energy transformation and power grid upgrading.During the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,the characteristics of high proportion of new energy and multi-DC transmission in the power system have become more and more prominent,and the "double peak" characteristics of load have gradually emerged.The power grid is facing the challenges of power shortage and new energy obstruction in some periods.Therefore,in view of the growth of power installed capacity and load level and according to the power balance and new energy consumption of the provincial power transmission network,the full time series production simulation method is used to calculate and optimize the configuration capacity of energy storage device and demand-side response,so as to provide support for the provincial power transmission network planning during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period.
