摘要 大学教师学习共同体是一种结构化的实践共同体,蕴含着基于共同愿景之上的协作关系;小规模、跨学科的学习型组织;集挑战与乐趣于一体的赋能机制;致力于教学学术的共享交流平台等特质。其重要价值体现在创生深度学习、提升教师教学学术水平、促进教师职业发展、推动高校向学习型组织转变等方面。在实践中,需要从教学学术、团队实力、外部保障和校园文化等维度构建大学教师学习共同体。 A Faculty Learning Community(FLC),a kind of structured community of practice,is characterized as a collaborative relationship based on shared vision,a small-scale interdisciplinary learning organization,an empowering mechanism with both challenges and enjoyment and a communication platform aiming to enhance teachers’ Scholarship of Teaching and Learning(SoTL). It plays an important role in generating deep learning,enhancing SoTL,promoting faculty professional development and transforming higher learning institutes into learning organizations. The effective construction of FLCs in practice necessitates the central position of SoTL,powerful internal strength,sufficient external support and favorable campus culture.
