摘要
摩擦衬垫为摩擦式提升机提供摩擦力,作为黏弹性聚合物,其与钢丝绳的黏滑摩擦行为关系到摩擦力的稳定性。文中研究了K25、G30、GM-3摩擦衬垫在不同接触载荷、滑移速度、润滑条件以及煤粉规格下的黏滑摩擦行为,结果表明:摩擦系数在干摩擦、煤粉、淋水、涂脂等润滑条件依次降低。G30黏着滑移比随着接触载荷的增大而增大,GM-3、K25的黏着滑移比随着接触载荷的增大先减小后增大。G30、GM-3的黏着滑移比随着滑移速度增大先减小后增大,在7.50 mm/s下黏着滑移比最小。K25摩擦衬垫在不同滑移速度下黏着滑移比数值稳定,均在0.25上下波动。3种材料的黏着滑移比在干摩擦、淋水、水油混合和涂脂状态下均依次减小。在干摩擦状态下GM-3的黏着滑移比最大,K25次之,G30最小。
Being made of viscoelastic polymer,friction pad is designed to provide friction force for friction hoist,and its adhesion-slip friction with steel wire rope is related to the stability of friction force.In this paper,the adhesion-slip friction behaviors of K25,G30 and GM-3 friction pads under different contact loads,slip speeds,lubrication conditions and specifications of pulverized coal are studied.The results show that the friction coefficient decreases in turn under the lubrication conditions of dry friction,pulverized coal,water spraying and grease coating.The adhesion-slip ratio of G30 increases with the increase of contact load,while the adhesion-slip ratio of GM-3 and K25 first decreases and then increases with the increase of contact load.The adhesion-slip ratio of G30 and GM-3 first decreases and then increases with the increase of slip speed,and the adhesion-slip ratio is the smallest at 7.50 mm/s speed.The adhesion-slip ratio of K25 friction pad at different slip speeds is relatively stable,all around 0.25.The adhesion-slip ratio of the three materials decreased in turn under dry friction,water spraying,water-oil mixing and greasing.Under dry friction,the adhesion-slip ratio of GM-3 is the largest,followed by K25,and G30 is the smallest.
