摘要
文中针对铸造起重机平衡架支撑焊缝开裂的问题,检测了起重机大车轨道,并对起重机平衡架支撑进行了应力测试,研究了起重机水平侧向力,为进一步分析了焊缝开裂原因,建立了起重机平衡架支撑-车轮组-轨道有限元模型,对可能出现的工况进行了有限元计算,找到了焊缝开裂的原因,并对结果进行了验证。
In order to solve cracking problem of weld of balance frame of the casting crane,the crane’s cart track was tested,the stress test of the balance frame of the crane was carried out,and the horizontal lateral force of the crane was analyzed.In order to further understand the causes of weld cracking,the finite element model of crane balance frame support-wheel set-track was established,and the possible working conditions were calculated by finite element method,and the causes of weld cracking were found and verified.
