Research on related problems of TSG Q7002-2019 Convertible Bridge Crane for Lifting Molten Metal

吊运熔融金属的通用桥式起重机在某些规模较小的冶金企业大量应用,其属于高度危险的特种设备之一。文中通过对比分析TSG Q7002—2019实施前和实施后对该类设备的不同规定,结合国家市场监管总局特种设备安全监察局的相关问题答复,提出TSG Q7002—2019实施后新制造和使用登记的在用设备重点关注的安全问题及其相应的解决措施,提高新制造设备的本质安全,降低在用设备的安全隐患。

Convertible bridge crane for lifting molten metal has been widely used in some small metallurgical enterprises,and it is one of the highly dangerous special equipment.In this paper,by comparing and analyzing the differences in relevant regulations of this kind of equipment before and after the implementation of TSG Q7002—2019,combined with the relevant questions and answers from the Special Equipment Safety Supervision Bureau of the State Administration of Market Supervision,the safety problems that need to be paid attention to in newly manufactured and registered in-use equipment after the implementation of TSG Q7002—2019 and the corresponding solutions are explained,so as to improve the safety of newly manufactured equipment and reduce the potential safety hazards of in-use equipment.
