农科高校开展耕读教育的多维价值及路径探讨 被引量:18

摘要 高校开展劳动教育应结合学科特色,对农科高校来说,耕读教育是最好的劳动教育。农科高校开展耕读教育具有促进学生全面发展、传承中华农耕文化、培育乡村振兴人才、凝练农科高校特色等多维价值。农科高校要将耕读教育纳入人才培养方案、多方联动共建实践场地、配备校内校外师资队伍、将耕读教育纳入评奖及"双创"教育,为耕读教育提供制度保障、场地保障、师资保障和激励保障。 The development of labor education in universities should be combined with the characteristics of disciplines.For agricultural universities,Farming and reading education is the best labor education.Carrying out farming and reading education in agricultural universities has multidimensional values,such as promoting the all-round development of students,inheriting Chinese farming culture,cultivating rural revitalization talents,and refining the characteristics of agricultural universities.Agricultural universities should incorporate Farming and reading education into the talent training program,jointly build practice sites through multi-party linkage,equip teachers inside and outside the school,and incorporate Farming and reading education into award-winning and “double creation” education,so as to provide system guarantee,site guarantee,teacher guarantee and incentive guarantee for Farming and reading education.
