高校开展劳动教育应结合学科特色,对农科高校来说,耕读教育是最好的劳动教育。农科高校开展耕读教育具有促进学生全面发展、传承中华农耕文化、培育乡村振兴人才、凝练农科高校特色等多维价值。农科高校要将耕读教育纳入人才培养方案、多方联动共建实践场地、配备校内校外师资队伍、将耕读教育纳入评奖及"双创"教育,为耕读教育提供制度保障、场地保障、师资保障和激励保障。
