“八维四享三联”校企合作育人模式研究与实践——以山东农业大学为例 被引量:2

“Eight Dimensions Four Resources Three Sharing Linkages” Research and Practice of University-Enterprise Cooperation Education Mode——Taking Shandong Agricultural University as an Example

摘要 新形势下,高校在人才培养工作中不断更新理念,主动联系企业,将企业力量注入大学生成长成才全过程显得越来越必要。本文重点分析了当下"虚拟校企合作班"运行过程中存在的问题,在分析原因的基础上,提出构建"八维四享三联"校企合作育人体系,即以校企合作班为平台与纽带,通过校企在八个维度的合作,实现学生、学校、企业三方联动,确保"人、智、物、信"四大资源共享,构建校企合作一体化育人体系,通力协作培养高素质人才。 Under the new situation,it has become increasingly necessary for colleges and universities to constantly update the concept of talent training,actively contact enterprises,and inject enterprise strength into the whole process of college students’ growth and success.This paper focuses on the analysis of the existing problems on the operation of the current “virtual university-enterprise cooperation class”.Based on the analysis of the reasons,this paper proposes to build a “Eight Dimensions Four Resources Three Sharing linkages” university-enterprise cooperation education mode,namely,taking the school-enterprise cooperation class as a platform and link,through the cooperation between universities and enterprises in eight dimensions,to achieve the tripartite linkage of students,schools and enterprises,to ensure resources sharing of people,technologies,objects and messages,to build an integrated university-enterprise cooperation education mode,and to work together to cultivate high-quality talents.
