摘要
"安全在于预防",实验室安全与环保工作要不断升级,安全知识及正确的防范措施也要及时跟进,从决策层、管理层、执行层及督导层更要注重严格的科学化管理及合理的人性化制度相结合,建立长效机制才能形成强大的约束力,确保实验室安全有序高效运行。在对比、学习国内外实验室安全与环保方面先进管理经验与举措的基础上,反思、借鉴并阐述其对西部地方高校相关工作的启示,以期对提高管理水平有所助益。
“Safety lies in prevention”,Laboratory safety and environmental protection needs to be continuously upgraded.Safety knowledge and correct preventive measures should also be followed up in a timely manner.For the decision-making level,management level,implementation level and supervision level,they should pay more attention to the combination of strict scientific management and reasonable humanized system,establish a long-term mechanism to form a strong binding force,ensuring the safe,orderly and efficient operation of the laboratory.Based on the comparison and study of advanced management experience and measures in laboratory safety and environmental protection at home and abroad,this paper reflects,draws lessons from and expounds its enlightenment on the related work of local colleges and universities in west China,so as to help improve the management level.
