农商结合进阶学习教学模式探索与实践

面对新商科复合应用型人才培养目标,农业院校工商管理类专业人才培养需发挥学校农科优势进行农商结合,要求学生要知农、爱农和兴农,掌握现代管理技能,具有解决复杂问题的能力。课程是人才培养的核心,作为专业核心课,"企业战略管理"需要遵循"农商结合达成战略素养"的教学理念和目标进行教学内容模块化设计。结合学习认知规律,构建"学、究、用、悟"教学模式,完成"自学—研学—干中学—悟学"的进阶学习过程,并不断追踪科研与实践前沿,保障教学的时效性和层次性。

Faced with the training goal of new business compound applied talents,the training of business administration talents in agricultural colleges and universities should give full play to their advantages of agricultural science to combine agriculture and business,and require students to know,love and revitalize agriculture,master modern management skills,and have the ability to solve complex problems.Curriculum is the core of talent training.As a professional core course,“enterprise strategic management” needs to follow the teaching concept and goal of “combination of agriculture and business to achieve strategic literacy” for modular design of teaching content.Combined with the cognitive law of learning,we should construct the teaching mode of “learning,research,application and understanding”,complete the advanced learning process of “self-study,research-study,learning by doing,learning by understanding”,and constantly track the frontier of scientific research and practice to ensure the timeliness and hierarchy of teaching.
