摘要
通过分析当前我国新型职业农民高职学历教育的现状,结合澳大利亚TAFE教育模式的先进理念,为我国高职院校创新新型职业农民教育模式提出五点建议:一是依靠政府在政策上的支持,整合教育资源,推动产学研一体化发展模式;二是要开发并建立多种可持续长效教育培训机制;三是完善新型职业农民教育课程包,开发可衔接的课程模块;四是要设计灵活的教学方法和考核方式;五是要组织教师参加业务培训,提升教育教学水平。
Based on the analysis of the current situation of higher vocational academic education of new vocational farmers in China,combined with the advanced concept of TAFE education mode in Australia,this paper puts forward five suggestions for the innovation of new vocational farmers′ education mode in higher vocational colleges in China:first,to rely on the support of the government in policy,integrate educational resources,and promote the integration of production,learning and research.Second,to develop and establish a variety of sustainable long-term education and training mechanisms;third,to improve the new vocational farmer education curriculum package and develop cohesive curriculum modules;fourth,to design flexible teaching methods and assessment methods;fifth,to organize teachers to participate in business training,improve the level of education and teaching.
