环状RNA在呼吸系统疾病中的研究进展

摘要 环状RNA(circRNA)作为新型内源性非编码RNA,在高度分化的真核生物中基因广泛表达,通过反向剪接形成共价闭环结构,具有高度稳定性和组织特异性。近些年,随着高通量测序技术和生物信息学的发展,circRNA被大量发现并逐渐成为RNA领域的研究热点。目前已有研究证明circRNA与慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺动脉高压、肺癌等多种呼吸系统疾病有关,可成为呼吸系统疾病诊断和治疗潜在的生物标志物。本文对circRNA在呼吸系统疾病中的研究进展进行综述。 Circular RNA(circRNA)as a novel endogenous non-coding ribonucleic acid,are widely expressed in highly differentiated eukaryotes,and have covalent closed loop structure by reverse splicing,with high stability and tissue specificity.In recent years,more circRNA have been discovered through high-throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatics,making them a research hotspot.Many studies have shown that circRNA are associated with respiratory diseases,such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary hypertension and lung cancer,it is predicted that circRNA may serve as potential biomarkers in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases.This paper aimed to review the research progress of circRNA in respiratory diseases.
