1+X证书制度的实施,能引领电子商务专业人才培养标准化水平提升,助推电子商务专业技能型人才现代职教培养体系构建,助推电子商务专业产教深度融合。针对专业人才培养与产业需求匹配度不高、结构优良的"双师型"教师队伍尚未形成、电子商务专业实践能力培养体系和资源不完善等问题,提出做好1+X证书制度下电子商务专业人才培养顶层设计、构建"校企融合、分步递进"的电子商务人才培养模式、打造电子商务专业"双师型""创新型"师资团队、完善"多层渐进"电子商务人才培养实践体系等建议。

The implementation of the 1+X certificate system can lead to the improvement of the standardization of e-commerce major personnel training, promote the construction of a modern vocational education training system for skilled personnel of e-commerce major, and promote the deep integration of industry and education. Facing problems such as the lack of matching between professional talent training and industry needs, the lack of a well-structured“dual-qualified”teacher team, and the imperfect e-commerce professional practice ability training system and resources, it is proposed to do a good job in electronics under the 1+X certificate system. The top-level design of business professional talent training, the establishment of an e-commerce talent training mode of “school-enterprise integration, step-by-step”, the creation of a“dual-qualified”and“innovative”teacher team for e-commerce major, and the improvement of “multi-layer and progressive”e-commerce talents cultivating practice system and other suggestions.
