高职院校劳动教育课程实施的问题与建议——基于广东省6所高职院校的调查

Problems and Suggestions on the Implementation of Labor Education Courses in Higher Vocational Colleges——Based on a Survey of 6 Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangdong Province

高职劳动教育课程实施是推动高职院校劳动教育工作顺利进行的重要途径。通过对广东省6所高职院校学生进行问卷调查及网络访谈发现,当前高职院校劳动教育课程实施存在着课程设置不太受重视、课程内容枯燥且没能很好地实现专业融合、课程实施方式欠缺多样、劳动隐形课程作用有待发挥、不同年级和专业学生的课程观存在着显著差异等问题。针对这些问题提出对策建议:高职院校务必将劳动教育课程设置为必修课程;各学科教师要提升自身的劳动教育水平,将劳动教育课程内容融入学科教学;教育行政部门、高职院校及其教师要采取各种方法,整合各方力量推动劳动课程实施;高职院校要多渠道营造浓郁的校园劳动文化氛围;高职院校要根据学生年级和专业的不同统筹安排劳动教育课程内容。

The implementation of higher vocational labor education courses is an important way to promote the smooth progress of labor education in higher vocational colleges. Through questionnaire surveys and online interviews with students from 6 higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province, it is found that the current implementation of labor education courses in higher vocational colleges has the fact that the curriculum is not paid much attention, the course content is boring, and the integration of majors is not well realized,the lack of diverse implementation methods, the role of invisible labor courses need to be played out, and the significant differences in the curriculum views of students of different grades and majors. In response to these problems, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:higher vocational colleges must set labor education courses as compulsory courses;teachers of various disciplines must improve their own labor education levels and integrate labor education curriculum content into subject teaching;education administrative departments, higher vocational colleges and its teachers must adopt various methods to integrate all forces to promote the implementation of labor courses;higher vocational colleges must create a strong campus labor culture atmosphere through multiple channels;higher vocational colleges must coordinate labor education courses according to the different grades and majors of the students to have various contents.
