摘要
大学生创新创业大赛是高校双创教育的助推器。很多高职院校双创大赛项目质量不高的一个根源是作为项目主体的教师和学生在"教""学"角色定位上的失衡。借鉴课堂教学的四元教学新模式,以"精讲留白、独学内化、同伴讨论、师生对话"统一实施流程,建立理念与实操并举的组织执行新框架,可为师生双方构建科学的交互模式,显著提升双创大赛项目实施的效率和效果,促进良好的教育与创新生态形成,为双创及其他赛事的高效运行和高质实施提供可信依据与有效方案。
The College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition is a booster to innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. However, many competition projects are in low quality. One of the reasons is the unbalance on role positioning and requirements for teachers and students in the competition project. Using “PADD” teaching modes from class teaching, implementing four stages of presentation, assimilation, discussion and dialogue in the competition project can construct a scientific interaction mode for both teachers and students, and thus significantly improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, promoting the formation of a good education and innovation ecosystem, which can provide effective solutions for the efficient operation and high-quality implementation for innovation and entrepreneurship competition and other events.
