摘要
为筛选出适用于番茄工厂化壮苗培育和温室幼苗防徒长的LED光配方,以荷兰瑞克斯旺番茄品种“瑞粉882”为试验材料,研究了不同LED光配方处理(①PPFD=(180±5)μmol/m^(2)/s时,R∶B分别为2∶8、5∶5、6∶4、7∶3、8∶2,CK=6500 K;②R∶B=7∶3时,PPFD分别为140μmol/m^(2)/s、160μmol/m^(2)/s、180μmol/m^(2)/s、200μmol/m^(2)/s;③PPFD=(75±5)μmol/m^(2)/s时,R∶B分别为1∶2、1∶3,CK=6500 K)对番茄幼苗生长特性的影响。结果表明:一定范围内,光强较高时(PPFD=(180±5)μmol/m^(2)/s)最适合番茄幼苗生长的光质为R∶B=7∶3;特定光质下(R∶B=7∶3)最适合番茄幼苗生长的补光强度为PPFD=200μmol/m^(2)/s,可以作为室内全人工光番茄育苗的补光参考方案;弱光下(PPFD=(75±5)μmol/m^(2)/s)R∶B=1∶2对番茄幼苗徒长的调控效果最好,可以作为温室番茄育苗防徒长的补光参考方案。
In order to screen out the LED light formula suitable for tomato factory sound seedling and preventing tomato seedlings’spindly growth in greenhouse.This experiment is to study the effect on tomato seedlings’growth characteristics with LEDs of different light formula(1,when PPFD=(180±5)μmol/m^(2)/s,R∶B=2∶8,5∶5,6∶4,7∶3 and 8∶2 respectively.CK=6500 K as control.2,when R∶B=7∶3,PPFD=140μmol/m^(2)/s,160μmol/m^(2)/s,180μmol/m^(2)/s,200μmol/m^(2)/s respectively.3,when PPFD=(75±5)μmol/m^(2)/s,R∶B=1∶2,1∶3 respectively.CK=6500 K as control.),which takes"Ruifen 882"as experimental material.The results indicate that:Within a certain range,(1)the most suitable light quality for tomato seedlings’growth is R∶B=7∶3 when the light intensity is high(PPFD=(180±5)μmol/m^(2)/s).(2)The most suitable light intensity for tomato seedlings’growth is PPFD=200μmol/m^(2)/s under the specific light quality(R∶B=7∶3),which can be used as the reference scheme of indoor artificial light for tomato seedlings’growth.(3)R∶B=1∶2 has the best regulation effect on tomato seedlings’spindly growth when the light intensity is low(PPFD=(75±5)μmol/m^(2)/s),which could be used as a reference scheme of light supplement to control tomato seedlings’spindly growth in greenhouse.
