摘要 职教师资培养是支撑职业教育类型发展、培养国家工匠之良师与适应未来智能化教育场景的必要条件,职教师资培养应构建"政校校行企"五位一体培养格局,完善"双师能力"形成的培养过程,拓展培养层次布局与注重信息化能力养成的变革框架。在变革过程中,注重发挥职教师资专业标准的导向作用,增强职教师范类专业认证实施效应,夯实校企合作培养实效,形成本硕博衔接的培养模式。 In the new era, in order to support the development of current vocational education types, cultivate national craftsman’s teachers and adapt to the future intelligent education scene, in the framework of the transformation of vocational teacher education and training,the five-in-one training pattern of“government-universities-vocational schools-industries-enterprises”has been established,the training process of the formation of“dual-qualified”teachers’ ability is constantly being improved, the training level and layout are gradually being expanded, and the development of ICT teaching ability is being paid more attention. In the process of the transformation,it is necessary to pay attention to the guiding role of professional standards for vocational education teachers, promote the implementation effect of the application of teacher education professional accreditation, consolidate the effectiveness of the joint cultivation between universities and enterprises, and form a mode of“undergraduate-master-doctoral”connecting training.
