胆管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤的外科治疗

月旦管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤(Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm of the bile duct,IPMN-B)是一类起源于胆管腺上皮细胞,以可大量分泌黏液的胆管乳头状瘤为特点的肿瘤[1]。2000年,Kim等[2]描述了九例此类肿瘤的临床病理特点,归纳发现这类肿瘤在临床、病理、影像学等表现上与胰腺导管内乳头状黏液性肿瘤(Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm of the pancreas,IPMN-P)相似,并首次用IPMT(intraductal papillary mucinous tumor)这一术语命名此类疾病。
