血液透析患者腹腔镜下胆囊切除术20例报告

A study on the safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in hemodialysis patients

目的研究血液透析患者行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术安全性及文献复习.方法收集我院近10年20例血液透析患者行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的临床资料.结果20例患者均顺利完成腹腔镜下胆囊切除术,手术时间30~80min,平均50min,出血量10ml~40ml.所有患者均无术后并发症.术后病理提示胆囊结石伴胆囊炎.术后住院时间5~7天,平均5.6天.术后一月复查超声未见胆管结石.结论在采取合适围手术期处理血液透析患者行腹腔镜下胆囊切除术是安全的.

Objective To study the safety and feasibility of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in hemodialysis patients.Methods The clinical data of 20 hemodialysis patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital in recent 10 years were collected.Results All the 20 patients successfully completed laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The operation time was 30-80 Min,the average time was 50 min,and the bleeding volume was 10 ml-40 ml.There were no operation complication in all patients.Postoperative pathology suggested cholecystolithiasis with cholecystitis.Postoperative hospital stay was 5-7 clays,with an average of 5.6 days.One month after the operation,the bile duct stones were not found by ultrasonography.Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and feasible in the appropriate perioperative management of hemodialysis patients.
