前列康舒胶囊联合诺氟沙星治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床研究

Clinical study on Qianlie Kangshu Capsules combined with norfloxacin in treatment of chronic prostatitis

目的 探讨前列康舒胶囊联合诺氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年7月-2021年6月在鹤壁市人民医院就诊的130例慢性前列腺炎患者,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各65例。对照组患者口服诺氟沙星胶囊,0.4 g/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服前列康舒胶囊,1.5 g/次,3次/d。两组治疗28 d后统计疗效。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分、尿流动力学指标和前列腺液中炎症因子水平。结果 治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为95.38%,对照组的总有效率为84.62%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的NIH-CPSI评分均显著降低(P<0.05);且治疗组NIH-CPSI评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的最大尿流速、参与尿量明显增多,有效排尿时间明显缩短(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的最大尿流速、参与尿量比对照组高,有效排尿时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的前列腺液肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组的前列腺液TNF-α、IL-2、IL-8水平比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 前列康舒胶囊联合诺氟沙星胶囊治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效确切,能控制病情程度,改善尿流动力学指标,减轻炎症反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qianlie Kangshu Capsules combined with Norfloxacin Capsules in treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods Patients(130 cases) with chronic prostatitis in the People’s Hospital of Hebi from July 2019 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 65 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Norfloxacin Capsules, 0.4 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Qianlie Kangshu Capsules on the basis of the control group, 1.5 g/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 28 d.After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and NIH-CPSI scores, urodynamics, and inflammatory factors in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 95.38% in the treatment group and 84.62% in the control group,and there was significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the NIH-CPSI score of two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and the NIH-CPSI score in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the maximum urinary flow rate and participating urine volume in two groups were significantly increased,but the effective micturition time in two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05). After treatment, the maximum urinary flow rate and participating urine volume in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, but the effective micturition time in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of TNF-α, IL-2, and IL-8 in prostatic fluid of two groups were significantly decreased(P < 0.05). The levels of TNF-α, IL-2, and IL-8 in prostate fluid in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Qianlie Kangshu Capsules combined with Norfloxacin Capsules is effective in treatment of chronic prostatitis, can control the severity of the disease, improve the level of urodynamics, and reduce the inflammatory reaction.
