摘要
针对球团矿生产企业普遍面临的高品质球团精粉资源供应短缺、原料品种和性质波动大而导致生产控制难度大、产品质量不稳定现状,鉴于传统链箅机—回转窑工艺存在原料适应性较差、产品相对单一、回转窑易结圈等瓶颈,本文从球团原料资源供应低成本宽口径、球团产品多元化、生产过程稳定和清洁化等多方面开展理论与技术创新,以期解决困扰球团行业的卡脖子难题,促进大型链箅机—回转窑球团生产线的平稳运行,提升我国球团“精料”制备技术水平及促进钢铁工业低碳高质量发展。
In view of the fact that pellet producers are generally facing shortage of high quality pelletizing concentrate resources supply,fluctuating varieties and properties of raw materials,resulting in difficult production control and unstable product quality,while the traditional chain grate-rotary kiln process has bottlenecks such as poor raw material adaptability,relatively single product,and rotary kiln prone to knotting.Therefore,theoretical and technological innovation is carried out from many aspects such as low cost wide caliber,diversified pelletizing products,stable and clean production process of pelletizing raw material resource supply,in order to solve the key problems that bother the pelletizing industry,promote the smooth operation of the large chain grate-rotary kiln pelletizing production line,improve the technical level of “concentrate” preparation technology for pellets in China and promote the low-carbon and high-quality development of the iron and steel industry.
