基于聚类分析与关联规则的中医药治疗胃息肉用药规律

Medication Rules of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Gastric Polyps Based on Cluster Analysis and Association Rules

[目的]基于聚类分析与关联规则探究中医药治疗胃息肉的用药规律。[方法]检索1991年1月至2020年10月中国学术期刊全文数据库(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(China Biology Medicine disc,CBMdisc)、万方数据库、维普中文期刊数据库公开发表的中医治疗胃息肉的文献,筛选有效的方药信息,利用Microsoft Excel 2013建立方药数据库,利用IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0和IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1软件对相对高频药物应用聚类分析与关联规则分析,挖掘用药规律。[结果]共获得80首方剂,159味药物,药物使用总频次共计1072次;使用频次≥9的相对高频药物共36味;使用频次>30的药物为甘草、白术、黄芪、丹参、莪术、陈皮;对36味相对高频药物进行聚类分析和关联规则分析,得出12组聚类组合和53条关联规则,涵盖了补气药、理气药、祛湿药、祛痰药、活血药、清热解毒药等药物的配伍组合;与补气药相关的配伍组合最多,补气药常与活血药、理气药、化湿药、消食药、清热解毒药相伍,活血药与清热解毒药的配伍亦多见。[结论]中医药治疗胃息肉及防治术后再发较常用的方法有补益脾胃、活血化瘀、宽中行气、祛湿化痰、消食健脾、清热解毒散结、化积消坚、愈疡护胃,本研究为胃息肉的中医辨证治疗提供了数据支持。

[Objective]To explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of gastric polyps based on cluster analysis and association rules.[Methods]Through searching the published literature of TCM in the gastric polyps treatment from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Biology Medicine disc(CBMdisc),WanFang Data and China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)from January 1991 to October 2020,the effective prescription information was screened.The database of prescriptions and herbs was built by using Microsoft Excel 2013,cluster analysis and association rules were used to analyze the medication rule of relatively high frequency herbs by using IBM SPSS Statistics 19.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1.[Results]There were 80 prescriptions,159 herbs obtained.The total frequency of medicines use was 1072 times.There were 36 relatively high frequency herbs used more than or equal to 9 times.Radix Liquiritiae,Atractylodes Macrocephala,Astragalus Membranaceus,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Radices Zedoariae,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium were used more than 30 times.Cluster analysis and association rule analysis were performed on 36 relatively high frequency herbs,12 groups of clustering combination and 53 association rules were obtained,including the compatibility combinations of Qi invigorating herbs,Qi regulating herbs,dampness eliminating herbs,phlegm eliminating herbs,blood activating herbs,heat and toxic material clearing herbs.There were the most compatibility combinations related to Qi invigorating herbs,they were usually compatible with blood activating drugs,Qi regulating herbs,dampness eliminating herbs,digestive herbs,heat and toxic material clearing herbs,and the compatibility combinations of blood activating herbs and heat and toxic material clearing herbs were also frequent.[Conclusion]Replenishing the spleen and stomach,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,promoting the circulation of stomach Qi,eliminating damp and dissolving phlegm,promoting digestion,clearing away heat and toxic material,lump dissipation,protecting and healing gastric mucosal wound are common methods of treating gastric polyps and preventing postoperative recurrence with TCM.This study provides data support for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of gastric polyps.
