综合康复疗法对颈椎损伤并截瘫患者术后生活能力的影响

TheEffect on Postoperative Ability of Live of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Patient with Cervical Spine Injury and Paraplegia

目的:探讨综合康复治疗对颈椎损伤合并截瘫患者日常生活活动能力的影响。方法:采用随机分组的原则将患者分为观察组(70例)及对照组(70例)。其中观察组进行特别制定的综合康复治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。2组患者在治疗前后采用颈椎病症状评分及Barthel指數评分评测,并分别统计各组的并发症发生率与治疗满意率,进行统计学比较,探讨康复疗法的临床意义。结果:观察组及对照组的颈椎病症状评分及Barthel指数评分,在治疗前后差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后颈椎病症状评分,2组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组颈椎病症状评分明显低于对照组;治疗后Barthel指教评分,2组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组颈椎病症状评分明显高于对照组。2组患者的术后治疗满意率差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,治疗满意率明显高于对照组。结论:综合康复疗法治疗颈椎损伤合并截瘫效果优于常规康复疗法,对降低术后并发症发生率、提高患者术后生活能力、生存质量及患者满意度有积极作用,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective:Investigate the effect on postoperative ability of live of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on patient with cervical spine injury and paraplegia.Methods:With the principle of the randomized,patients were divided into comprehensive rehabilitation therapy group(70 cases)and control group(70 cases).Comprehensive rehabilitation group were received comprehensive rehabilitation therapy,the control group received conventional therapy.Before and after treatment,two groups of patients were received cervical disease symptom score,Barthel index evaluation ratings,the incidence of complications rate and treatment satisfaction rate,and took statistical comparison.Explore the clinical significance of rehabilitation therapy.Results:Before and after treatment,the difference of Cervical disease symptom score and Barthel index of two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference cervical disease symptom score of two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).And cervical spondylosis symptoms score of comprehensive rehabilitation group was significantly lower than the control group.After treatment,the difference Barthel index of two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).And cervical spondylosis symptoms score of comprehensive rehabilitation group was significantly higher than the control group.The difference of treatment satisfaction rate was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complications rate of comprehensive rehabilitation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the treatment satisfaction rate of comprehensive rehabilitation group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:The effects of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy are better than the Conventional rehabilitation therapy.It has a positive effect to reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the ability of life of patients,quality of life and patient satisfaction,and worthy of further promotion.
