煤炭智能开采的政治经济学分析

Political and economic analysis of intelligent coal mining

煤炭作为我国主体能源,兜底保障作用短时间内难以改变。当前,新一轮科技革命和产业变革深入发展,数字化转型已是大势所趋,智能开采已成为煤炭行业先进生产力的代表,并呈现快速发展态势。在煤炭智能开采生产力要素和生产关系要素分析的基础上,对煤炭智能开采技术及模式进行了马克思政治经济学分析。研究认为,煤炭智能开采推动了劳动资料、劳动者和劳动对象的变革,提高了煤炭开采生产水平;同时,研究了煤炭智能开采模式下社会结合方式、劳动方式、管理方式等新型生产关系,认为智能开采提升了劳动生产效率,为开采模式升级提供了支撑,更好地发挥了劳动者的主动性,促进了简单的扁平化平台化组织管理模式的形成。

As the main energy in China,coal's bottom support and security effect will be difficult to change in a short time.At present,a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform are developing in depth,and digital transformation has been the general trend.Coal intelligent mining has become the representative of advanced productive forces and will show a rapid development trend.Based on the analysis of productivity factors and production relations factors of intelligent coal mining,a Marxist political and economy analysis on the technology and mode of intelligent coal mining was made.The research showed that intelligent coal mining had promoted the reform of labor materials,workers and labor objects,and improved the production level of coal mining.At the same time,the new production relations such as social combination mode,labor mode and management mode under the coal intelligent mining mode were focused on,and it was considered that intelligent mining improved the labor production efficiency,provided support for the upgrading of mining mode,gave better play to the initiative of workers,and promoted the formation of simple and flat organization and management mode.
