护理质量敏感指标在老年冠心病患者慢性疾病轨迹护理中的应用

Application of Nursing Quality Sensitive Indexes in Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease in Chronic Disease Track

目的探讨护理质量敏感指标在老年冠心病患者慢性疾病轨迹护理中的应用效果。方法选择2019年10月-2020年10月我院收治的老年冠心病患者88例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组采取常规护理模式,观察组在对照组的基础上增用护理质量敏感指标,比较两组心脏康复效果及护理质量。结果观察组左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、NYHA心功能分级低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理质量敏感指标在老年冠心病患者慢性疾病轨迹护理中的应用,有助于改进护理质量,可改善患者心脏康复效果。

Objective To explore the application of sensitive indicators of nursing quality in nursing care of elderly patients with coronary heart disease in chronic disease trajectory.Methods A total of 88 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected.They were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method,both of which were 44 cases.The control group took the routine nursing mode,and the observation group was in the control group.On the basis of the group,the nursing quality sensitive index was used to compare the cardiac rehabilitation effect and nursing quality of the two groups of patients.Results The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and NYHA classification of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of the nursing quality evaluation scale of the observation group were all Greater than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of sensitive indicators of nursing quality in the nursing of elderly patients withcoronary heart disease in chronic disease trajectory can help improve the quality of nursing and improve the effect of patients'cardiac rehabilitation.
