大学新生压力知觉与网络成瘾的关系:链式中介分析

The relationship between perceived stress and internet addiction among college freshmen:a chained-mediated effect analysis

为考察大学新生网络成瘾的影响因素,采用压力知觉量表、流调中心抑郁量表、睡眠质量量表与网络成瘾量表,对1100名大学新生进行调查.发现:(1)大学新生的网络成瘾与其压力知觉、抑郁及睡眠质量均呈显著正相关.(2)抑郁与睡眠质量在大学新生的压力知觉与网络成瘾间起链式中介作用.(3)睡眠质量在压力知觉与网络成瘾间的单独中介作用显著,而抑郁在二者间的单独中介作用不显著.结果表明大学新生的压力知觉、抑郁、睡眠质量均是其网络成瘾的消极因素,这为新生的网络成瘾干预及新生的适应教育提供实证支持.

This study aims to examine the influencing factors of Internet addiction among college freshmen.A sample of 1100 freshmen were investigated with perceived stress scale,depression scale,sleep quality scale and Internet addiction scale.It finds that(1)there was a significantly positive correlation between Internet addiction and perceived stress,depression and sleep quality of freshmen.(2)Depression and sleep quality play a chained mediating role between perceived stress and Internet addiction among college freshmen.(3)Sleep quality plays significantly a separate mediating role between perceived stress and Internet addiction,while depression does not.Perceived stress,depression and sleep quality are all negative factors contributing to freshmen's Internet addiction,which provides empirical support for freshmen Internet addiction intervention and adaptation education.
