植物性饮食指数与代谢综合征及其组分的相关性研究 被引量:2

Correlation between plant diet index and metabolic syndrome and its components

摘要 目的探讨植物性饮食指数(PDI)与代谢综合征(MS)及其组分的关系,为防治MS提供科学依据。方法数据来源于新疆多民族自然人群队列建设研究。于2018年12月至2019年5月,选取伊犁州霍城县5704名居民作为研究对象,进行问卷调查、体格测量及实验室检测,采用半定量的食物频率法进行膳食调查,计算PDI,按PDI得分五分位数分为5组(Q_(1)~Q_(5)组)。应用SPSS 25.0软件进行χ^(2)检验,PDI与MS及其组分的关系采用多因素logistic回归分析。结果5704名居民中MS患者有1470例,检出率为25.77%。Q_(1)~Q_(5)组间性别、年龄、民族、社会经济地位(SES)水平、饮茶习惯及锻炼情况的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。调整混杂因素后,多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,与Q_(1)组相比,Q_(4)组与高血糖低风险相关(OR=0.789,95%CI:0.626~0.993);Q_(3)组(OR=1.289,95%CI:1.079~1.540)、Q_(4)组(OR=1.274,95%CI:1.057~1.536)和Q_(5)组(OR=1.265,95%CI:1.055~1.518)均与高血压高风险相关。结论PDI与MS无相关性,但与MS组分中的高血糖及高血压存在关联。以植物性食物为主的膳食对预防MS组分异常有重要意义。 Objective To explore the relationship between plant-based diet index(PDI)and metabolic syndrome(MS)and its components,and provide the scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of MS.Methods Data were from the Xinjiang MultiEthnic Natural Population Cohort Construction Study.From December 2018 to May 2019,5704 residents of Huocheng county in Yili were selected as the subjects,the investigation was performed with questionnaires,physical measurements and laboratory tests,the dietary investigation was conducted with the semi-quantitative food frequency method,PDI was calculated and divided into five groups(Q_(1)-Q_(5)groups)according to the PDI scores.Theχ^(2)test and multiple factor logistic regression were used to analyze the data and the relationship between PDI and MS and its components.The used software was SPSS 25.0.Results There were 1470 cases of MS among 5704 residents,the detection rate was 25.77%.There were significant differences of gender,age,ethnicity,socioeconomic status level,tea drinking habits and exercise situation among the Q_(1)to Q_(5)groups(P<0.01).After adjusting confound factors,the multiple factor logistic regression analysis showed that as compared with Q_(1)group,Q_(4)group was related with the risk of hyperglycemia(OR=0.789,95%CI:0.626-0.993);the Q_(3)group(OR=1.289,95%CI:1.079-1.540),the Q_(4)group(OR=1.274,95%CI:1.057-1.536)and Q_(5)group(OR=1.265,95%CI:1.055-1.518)were related with high risk of hypertension.Conclusion PDI is not correlated with MS,but is correlated with high fasting glucose and hypertension in the MS components.Diets based on plantbased foods are important for the prevention of abnormal MS components.
