摘要
绿色金融作为低碳环保背景下经济发展的新引擎,对环境治理亦起着资源支撑的关键作用。文章在阐述绿色金融内涵的基础上,着重分析了绿色金融对于环境治理与生态发展的必要性。并以绿色信贷、绿色债券、绿色保险与碳交易金融为绿色金融发展典型,并逐个分析其促进环境治理的作用机制。进而从中国绿色金融的发展现状出发,提出有针对性的对策建议。以期达成资源合理配置于绿色环保、清洁的产业,优化环境治理与生态的发展目标。
As a new engine of economic development under the background of low-carbon and environmental protection,green finance plays a key role in supporting environmental governance.On the basis of expounding the connotation of green finance,this paper analyzed the necessity of green finance in environmental governance and ecological development.Taking green credit,green bond,green insurance and carbon transaction finance as the typical development models of green finance,this paper analyzed the mechanism of promoting environmental governance.Based on the current situation of China's green finance industry,the paper proposed corresponding countermeasures with a view to achieving a reasonable allocation of resources in green and clean industries and to optimize environmental governance and ecological development goals.
