摘要
在高质量发展的背景下,优化山西省碳排放约束下能源消费结构具有重要的现实意义。文章将二氧化碳纳入能源消费结构优化研究之中,基于多目标决策模型,以能源消费总量、二氧化碳排放、各种能源消费比例为约束,以二氧化碳排放量最少和能源消费成本最小为目标,构建函数,对山西省2030年能源消费结构优化做出分析。研究发现预计到2030年,山西省煤炭消费量在能源消费结构中占比下降至40%左右,对山西省碳排放量的减少,缓解能源消费给环境带来的巨大承载压力和促进山西省经济的中长期发展有重要的现实意义。
In the context of high-quality development,it is of great practical significance to optimize the energy consumption structure in Shanxi Province under the constraints of carbon emissions.This paper incorporates carbon dioxide into the optimization research of energy consumption structure.Based on the multi-objective decision-making model,the function is constructed with the constraints of total energy consumption,carbon dioxide emissions,and various energy consumption ratios,and the goal of minimizing carbon dioxide emissions and energy consumption coststo analyze the optimization of energy consumption structure in Shanxi Province in 2030.It is estimated that by 2030,the proportion of coal consumption in Shanxi Province in the energy consumption structure will drop to about 40%,which will reduce carbon emissions in Shanxi Province,ease the huge burden of energy consumption on the environment,and bring significant medium and long-term economic development for Shanxi province.
