我国新能源上市公司技术效率研究——基于三阶段DEA模型的分析 被引量:4

Research on Technical efficiency of New Energy listed companies in China——Analysis based on three-stage DEA model

摘要 新能源产业是我国战略性新兴产业,提升新能源上市公司效率对促进我国"双碳"目标实现有重要作用。本文运用三阶段DEA模型对我国20家新能源上市公司2016-2018年技术效率进行测度分析,研究结果表明:新能源上市公司的技术效率受环境规制、能源结构、科技因素等环境因素的影响,剔除环境因素和随机噪声后,新能源上市公司综合技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率均有所下降;新能源上市公司技术效率还处于较低水平,公司技术水平低是由纯技术效率低和规模效率低两方面因素共同导致的;大多新能源上市公司规模报酬处于递增状态,因此要扩大新能源产业生产规模。 new energy industry is a strategic emerging industry in China,and improving the efficiency of new energy listed companies plays an important role in promoting the realization of the goal of"double carbon"in our country.In this paper,the three-stage DEA model is used to measure and analyze the technical efficiency of 20 new energy listed companies in China from 2016 to 2018.The results show that the technical efficiency of new energy listed companies is affected by environmental regulation,energy structure,scientific and technological factors and other environmental factors.After excluding environmental factors and random noise,the comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of new energy listed companies have decreased.The technical efficiency of new energy listed companies is still at a low level,and the low technical level of new energy listed companies is caused by both low pure technical efficiency and low scale efficiency.The scale returns of most new energy listed companies are increasing,so it is necessary to expand the production scale of the new energy industry.
