优质护理在脊柱外科骨折病人护理中对恢复的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of High Quality Nursing on the Recovery of Patients with Spinal Surgery Fracture

目的:分析优质护理在脊柱外科骨折病人护理中对机体恢复的影响。方法:在本院接收的脊柱外科骨折患者中抽选80例作为研究对象,患者入院时间为2018年4月-2019年6月。用简单随机分组法分为2组,对照组开展常规护理,观察组实施优质护理。比较2组患者的神经功能独立生活能力以及脊髓功能。结果:观察组患者的NIHSS评分为(8.39±1.16)分,明显低于对照组,其改良JOA评分以及FIM评分分别为(12.73±1.08)分以及(104.26±9.13)分,均高于对照组,经检验,t值分别为23.98、12.49以及9.87,P<0.05。结论:在脊柱外科骨折病人护理中应用优质护理对机体恢复有促进作用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of high quality nursing on the recovery of patients with spinal fracture.Methods:80 cases of spinal surgery fracture patients in our hospital were selected as the research object,and the admission time was from April 2018 to June 2019.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high-quality nursing.The neurological function,independent living ability and spinal cord function of the two groups were compared.Results:The NIHSS score of the observation group was(8.39±1.16),which was significantly lower than that of the control group.The modified JOA score and FIM score were(12.73±1.08)and(104.26±9.13)respectively,which were higher than those of the control group.After testing,the T values were 23.98,12.49 and 9.87,respectively,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing in spinal surgery fracture patients can promote the recovery of the body.
