综合护理应用于骨科患者术后镇痛中的价值

The Value of Comprehensive Nursing in Postoperative Analgesia for Orthopedic Patients

目的:分析综合护理应用于骨科患者术后镇痛中的效果。方法:将2019年1月2020年1月在整个1年的时间范围内一共以110例骨科患者作为研究对象,根据进入本次项目时间的先后顺序进行分组,对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予综合护理模式,分别对接受不同护理模式的饿患者的护理效果进行比较。结果:2组护理前NRS评分无明显差异(P>0.05),而护理后,对照组NRS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组护理总满意率96.36%(53/),高于对照组72.73%(40/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对骨科患者接受综合护理干预模式可缓解术后疼痛,促进护患关系和谐,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in postoperative analgesia for orthopedic patients.Methods:Select 110 orthopedic patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 as the research objects,and randomly divide them into two groups.The control group is given a conventional nursing model,and the observation group is given a comprehensive nursing model.The nursing effects of the two groups are compared.Results:There was no significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the NRS score of the control group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group was 96.36%(53/)was 72.73%(40/53)higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In summary,the comprehensive nursing intervention model for orthopedic patients can relieve postoperative pain and promote a harmonious nurse-patient relationship,which is worthy of promotion.
