摘要
目的:探讨协作护理对老年髋部骨折患者术后日常生活能力评分及并发症发生率的影响。方法:于2018年1月-2019年12月将我院骨外科120例老年髋部骨折患者纳入,患者按照随机数字表法进行分组,每组60例。对照组施行常规护理,观察组施行协作护理,比较2组的并发症发生率、护理满意度,并比较2组护理前后的髋关节功能、日常生活能力、生活质量等评分。结果:并发症发生率观察组为1.67%,对照组为11.67%,2组比较观察组更低(P<0.05);护理后,HSS、ADL、生活质量评分在组间比较观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理总满意率观察组为96.67%,与对照组83.33%相比,观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论:协作护理可降低老年髋部骨折患者术后并发症风险,改善其髋关节功能和日常生活能力,有利于提升生活质量,促使患者更加满意于护理服务。
Objective:To explore the effect of collaborative nursing on the ability of daily living and the incidence of complications in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,120 elderly patients with hip fracture in the Department of orthopedics of our hospital were included.The patients were divided into groups according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given cooperative nursing.The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The hip joint function,daily life ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(1.67%vs.11.67%,P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of HSS,ADL and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate was 96.67%in the observation group,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Collaborative nursing can reduce the risk of postoperative complications in elderly patients with hip fracture,improve their hip joint function and activities of daily living,which is conducive to improving the quality of life and promoting patients to be more satisfied with nursing service.
